Cant login into my account to download 1099. Ive followed steps to clear cache and have tried different web browsers but keep getting message "oops something went wrong"

This is currently a reported issue. Our engineers are investigating the reason you are unable to log in to your account to download 1099. We'll let you know once we come up with a fix.

To help us resolve this, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Self-Employed team. They have the tools to securely access your account and to add your company as one of the affected accounts of INV-25157 so that you’ll receive an email update regarding of the resolution.

  2. Click the Assistant button.
  3. Type in “Talk to a human”
  4. Choose your desired method Chat with an agent or Get email support.
