I have an active subscription in my iTunes by anytime I log into the app it says I need to reactivate or get a new subscription. I’ve already deleted and reinstalled.
I restarted my subscription in iTunes Which is connected to my PayPal account. I have screenshots attached below. I am not sure why the price difference - but I just reactivated my subscription through my iTunes account and the app is still asking me to update my billing info or get a new subscription. I have tried signing out and signing back in, I deleted the app and reinstalled - nothing g has fixed it. It’s almost been a week since I reactivated my subscription and haven’t been able to use the app.
