My primary payment method is my Google play account for my monthly QuickBooks subscription. No funds when QB tried to take $. Now $ is on there and QB hasn't tried again

Since my subscription is locked out I can't login from app or online. QuickBooks needs to try and take the payment out of my primary payment method so I can get my account back on
