I have setup a user with FULL USER access and they are able to login online. They are not able to login using the app as it says they do not have access.

Sign in Failed - You do not have sufficient privileges to access this company.  The user is able to log in through an online browser, but isn't able to get logged in through the gopayment app.

Let's make sure your GoPayment application is installed on a supported device. Then, try clearing the browser cache on the device.

Here's how you can clear the cache in your Apple device:

  1. On the device, go to Settings.
  2. Choose Safari and select Clear History.
  3. Click Clear Cookies and Data.

For Android devices, please follow the steps below:

  1. Open the Internet browser and click Menu.
  2. Choose Settings and click Privacy & security.
  3. Click Clear cache, and select Clear history.
  4. Choose Clear all cookie data.
