Why am I no longer able to process credit cards from my Quickbooks Online app on my phone?
Up until a this month, or so, I was able to process credit cards directly from my Quickbooks Online app on my phone. Now, when I try to process a payment from my phone, all I'm able to do is mark HOW they maid the payment. I don't even have an option to scan, input, or swipe a card. Why has this changed, and what am I to do to process credit cards? I know I can process them on GoPayment, but they are completely separate app. They don't communicate with each other, at least from my experience they don't.
