how can i cancel a garnishment?

Let’s go to your employee’s profile and delete the garnishment.

Here’s how:

  1. Go to the Employee tab at the top menu bar.
  2. Click Employee Center.
  3. Double click the employee name.
  4. Select Payroll Info.
  5. Locate the payroll item, highlight then press the Delete key.
  6. Click OK once done.

You can refer to the screenshots below for further reference.

Please note you're unable to delete a payroll item once it's associated with a transaction. However, you can edit it by performing the steps in this article: Edit a Payroll Item.
