Automatic banking feeds not working - I am with FNB Business?

Error 9999 is a script error where there's a connection interruption between your bank and QuickBooks Online (QBO). I'd suggest reporting this online banking problem to our engineers. They will investigate what's causing the error and fix it for you.

Here's how:

  1. On the error message, select Report Issue.
  2. Enter your name and email address, then select Submit.

Then, you will receive an email directly from the team that resolves banking errors. For more details about banking error 9999, please check out this article: https://community.intuit.com/articles/1781288
