I just began using this program 2 days ago and I know it's not the right fit for me. How do I end my subscription?

 If you have subscribed through a web browser, follow these steps:

  1. Login to your QuickBooks Self-Employed account using this link https://selfemployed.intuit.com/login.
  2. Click the Gear icon on the upper right hand.
  3. Select Billing Info in the drop-down menu.
  4. Click Cancel now in the Cancel section.
  5. Enter a reason for cancelling.
  6. Click Cancel Subscription.
  7. Click Cancel subscription one more time, or if you have changed your mind, choose Keep your subscription.

  4. Be a good listener. When people post very general questions, take a second to try to understand what they're really looking for. Then, provide a response that guides them to the best possible outcome.
  5. Be encouraging and positive. Look for ways to eliminate uncertainty by anticipating people's concerns. Make it apparent that we really like helping them achieve positive outcomes.
