How can I produce P&L by class report to show all classes?
I am a treasurer for a small non profit scout group. We use a GJ to record the credits and debits for each trip. I use P&L by class to make sure I have included all expenses after a trip is reconciled. We use a prepaid account to record expenses that a paid out prior to the start of the accounting year. When I run a P&L by class in the months that a prepaid expense was used those events do not show up in my P&L report. Only the months that did not have a prepaid expense show up in P&L by class report. Any ideas on how I can view the P&L.
