Cann't add file QWC into Web Connector

The error you’re having indicates a web service is using a cert URL which needs authentication. To fix this, you can reach out to the application provider for further assistance.

We have a separate forum for the developer that'll help isolate this issue further. Since you're using a third-party platform, I'd suggest reaching out to our Intuit Developers Support Team. 

Here's how: 

1. Go to https://help.developer.intuit.com/s/.
2. Enter your concern on the search box.
3. Select the Questions menu and click the Ask A Question tab.
4. You’ll need to log in with your existing Intuit Developer Account or create a new one.
5. Once done, you'll be routed to a page where you can enter your question.
