Is anyone else having trouble starting the program after the recent update?

I've checked here on our end and wasn't able to see any reported case about unable to start QuickBooks Online app (program) after the recent update.

To isolate this issue, you can uninstall, then reinstall the application.

Here's how to uninstall:

  1. Click the Start menu.
  2. Go to Settings, then select System.
  3. From the left pane, select Apps & features.
  4. Choose QuickBooks Windows app, then click the Uninstall button.

Here's how to install:

  1. Double-click the file you downloaded to launch the installer.
  2. Select Next, then choose Agree & Install.
  3. Wait for the installer to run the rest of the way through.
  4. Click Finish.
