Direct deposit error correction?

I completed the review form to set up direct deposit for company.  I received an email from intuit that the banking information is incorrect.  I followed the instructions on how to correct the account number with no results.  Can someone help please?

Hi there debcpa,

If you’re done processing the Bank Account Change Form, check and verify your Bank information on the QuickBooks Account Maintenance page.

Here’s how to verify bank information:

  1. Choose Employees, then My Payroll Service, and go to Accounts/Billing Information.
  2. Log in using your Intuit Account login.
  3. In the Direct Deposit section, select on any of the Bank Account details.
  4. Select OK on the message that appears.
  5. Enter your payroll PIN. Then select Submit.
  6. Check the new bank account details if correct.

If it's changed, you can then activate your new direct deposit account by verifying the two test debits.

Note: the test debit will show on your bank statement after one to two banking days from the day you process your Bank Account Change Form.

Here’s how:

  1. Select Employees, then go to My Payroll Service and choose Account/Billing Information.
  2. Sign in using your Intuit Account login.
  3. Select Verify next to your Direct Deposit bank account information.
  4. Enter the two test debit amounts to verify your new bank account.
  5. Enter and confirm your payroll PIN.
  6. Select Submit.
