changed my Os from Windows 7 to Windows 10, now software tells me that i have registered my product more than once

I upgraded my Os to Windows 10, On my registration i am INFORMED that the product has been registered to many times on the PC, have been trying to resolve this query for 3 months now...can you assist me

Your QuickBooks Desktop exceeds the usage of grace units in registering the software. With issues like this, I recommend contacting our Technical Support Team. They have direct access to your account and will add grace units to your QuickBooks License. 

Here's how to reach them:

  1. Go to
  2. Choose QuickBooks Desktop.
  3. Select Install & Setup and then Register QuickBooks
  4. Click on Get Phone Number.
