We were charged for two payroll subscriptions. Can we be reimbursed?
We switched from Quickbooks for Mac and Intuit QB Payroll for Mac to Quickbooks Online and Online Payroll. While chatting with the agent during the subscription process, we were assured that the Payroll for Mac subscription would be canceled as we switched to the Online version. We were charged for both, however. Would like to be refunded the January charge for our old subscription.
