Hello, @jckunkle

Thanks for posting in the Community. I'm here to help share some information about E-file enrollment in QuickBooks.

You don't need to re-enroll anymore to the IRS e-file program since you already have your existing 10-digit PIN.  You'll just need to change your payment method and skip the enrollment part.

That should do it. You can also contact our Desktop Payroll Support whenever you need assistance in filing you Federal Forms in QuickBooks.

I'll be here to help if you have additional questions about your E-file PIN. Have a good one.

Hello there, JPEMD.

The 10-Digit Pin will be entered in the Enter agency login information screen when you'll file your form electronically.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Employees and click Payroll Center.
  2. Select the File Forms tab.
  3. Click the form that you need to file and click File Form.
  4. Select the form filing period, then click OK.
  5. Click the Check for Errors button and fix them.
  6. Select the Submit Form button.
  7. Click the E-file button.
  8. Enter the 10-Digit Pin.

Also, you can check the Remember my information for next time box. This way, you can file your forms electronically without always entering the 10-digit pin.

Please see the screenshots I've provided below:
