I just posted my first transaction on the intuit for self employment. The save function is not working. What may be the cause?

When you enter a transaction in QuickBooks Self-Employed, you need to make sure all information is filled out. The save button is grayed out if it's missing something. For example, if you have not selected a category or forgot to enter description and amount.

If you have all those information and save button is not working, let's try to use a different browser. This might be a browser related issue. If it worked using a different browser, please clear cache the browser you've used before.
