how do i change predifined file name when saving pdf?

I would like to save Invoice as PDF but it is saving as a long "drufh3owrufnef834hfn9un2" name and would like to change the predefined name to format I want. Yes I know you can do that manually when saving but I want it to be done automatically from data on the invoice.

Currently, you're not able to automatically change the predefined file name when saving invoices as PDF. You'll need manually change the name.

To do so, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Customers menu, then choose Create Invoices.
  2. Input all necessary information of the invoice.
  3. Once done, click the Save button drop-down arrow.
  4. Select Save As PDF.
  5. Choose where you want to save the file in the Save in section.
  6. Then manually remove the default name, then change it in the File name section.
  7. Click the Save button.
