How do I correct missing bank transactions that should have been downloaded?

Let me get the help you need about missing bank transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

  1. Click the Gear icon at the upper right corner.
  2. Choose Bank Accounts.
  3. Click on Refresh All button.

Once done, kindly repeat the same steps for at least 3 times and another in the next 24 hours to allow the bank to regain its connection.

However, if there are still missing transactions after completing the steps above, I invite you contacting our QuickBooks Self-Employed Customer Care support for them to further check your account and determine what caused the error.
