Gopayment categories no longer syncing

I have a QB Merchant Account and our company uses the Gopayment app on multiple devices (Android and iOS).  I recently logged into our MASTER ADMIN account to update items and categories for the company.  Once completed I synced the Gopayment account.  When I log into the same MASTER ADMIN account or any other non admin account we have setup on any other device and sync the second device...the items sync but the categories do not sync.

We would need to review your account to get clear details as to why the categories did not sync with your GoPayment app. For security reasons we can't do such thing here in the Community.

I'd recommend contacting our Merchant Services Team. They have the tools to further investigate the missing categories.

  5. Be encouraging and positive. Look for ways to eliminate uncertainty by anticipating people's concerns. Make it apparent that we really like helping them achieve positive outcomes.
