I got a new iPhone, I restored the app and all my information from 2018 is gone

Recognized my login and password but after successfully logging in everything is gone

You might have logged in to a different account. You might have also used a different email address or mistyped the email address when you created it. Let's make sure to use the login credentials of the account which has all of your information.

I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Self-Employed Support so they can pull up your account and help you log in to the correct one.

Here's how:

  1. Login to QuickBooks Self-Employed account.
  2. Click Help at the top right of any page.
  3. Click Contact Us.
  4. Fill in Ask a question.
  5. Choose your preferred method to contact support.
  6. Fill out the requested information and select Chat Now.
