Employee not receiving notification of W-2 available. 

Also pay stub notification email not being received by one specific employee. Is not in SPAM or junk email. Setting to receive emails is checked.

This is how email works.  One can send email, but there is no way to know if the recipient server will reject it or not.  In this case it is probably being blocked before it makes it to the employee's account.

  4. Be a good listener. When people post very general questions, take a second to try to understand what they're really looking for. Then, provide a response that guides them to the best possible outcome.
  5. Be encouraging and positive. Look for ways to eliminate uncertainty by anticipating people's concerns. Make it apparent that we really like helping them achieve positive outcomes.
