Need to view our subscription invoice but new window opens with the following error: AuthenticationFailed INPUT. This appears even if I try to view historical billing.

I just want to verify if, do you have the proper access rights upon viewing subscription invoice? If no, please contact your company’s Master Administrator to get your user access rights be change.

However, if you have the proper access rights, then we can perform some basic troubleshooting steps like using an incognito/private browser to refresh your account.

Just follow the keyboard shortcuts below to open a private browser:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Internet Explorer: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift +N

Once able to open a private browser, try to access your account again and view subscription invoice.
