I called and sat on the phone with customer service for 30 mins to renew my subscription. It was renewed and I was Able to use my account and now it won’t work again.

I renewed my account, it worked for a day and not it says my subscription has expired again. Please assist

You can contact our QuickBooks Online phone support team again. They'll be able to pull up your account and use their tools to check what went wrong with your subscription. 

Here's how you can reach them:

  1. Go to this link: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact
  2. Click QuickBooks Online.
  3. Select Account management > Manage subscription.
  4. Click the Get Phone Number button to contact us.

  1. Keep it conversational. When answering questions, write like you speak. Imagine you're explaining something to a trusted friend, using simple, everyday language. Avoid jargon and technical terms when possible. When no other word will do, explain technical terms in plain English.

  4. Be a good listener. When people post very general questions, take a second to try to understand what they're really looking for. Then, provide a response that guides them to the best possible outcome.
  5. Be encouraging and positive. Look for ways to eliminate uncertainty by anticipating people's concerns. Make it apparent that we really like helping them achieve positive outcomes.
