How do I change from a monthly fee to a per swipe plan?

Currently, have a monthly fee, closed my retail store, and just want to keep the account open but change to a per swipe plan.

To help us check your QuickBooks GoPayment subscription plan, we'll need to pull up and verify your account. For security reasons we're unable to do such thing here in the Community. 

I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Merchant Services Team. They have the tools to review your account on a safe environment and check if you can change from a monthly fee to a per swipe plan.

Here's how:

  1. Go to
  2. Select which version of payments you're using.
  3. Click the Contact us link.
