Account is still on hold after having updated payment info. How do I get my QuickBooks back?

I have updated my payment info with apple and I still can’t get back into QuickBooks. I have removed and reinstalled it. Restarted my phone. Did everything I could think of. I even updated payment method several times and still locked out.

To resolve this, please check with Apple if the payment made did go through. Once confirmed, I recommend contacting with our QuickBooks Online Customer Service Representative.

They have the tools that can view and verify the status and to further troubleshoot the cause of this error.
