how do I create a w2's in a CSV format

received an email from the Pa Dept of Revenue that if you have more than 10 employees you must electronically file your W2s but they will not accept a PDF file, must be down in CSV/text file or EFW2 format.  How do I do this?

You can use the QB feature to create EFW2 files for your state: QuickBooks Support - E-file your State W-2s
