I have been getting Error 102 w/ my Navy Federal Credit Union account for the past week. I tied resyncing several times. What now?

Bank Error 102 means there is an update or maintenance going on on your bank's website. It may have affected the data transfer between us and the bank. Since you have already tried to resync the connection, let's try these other solutions:

  • Sign in to your bank's website.
  • Once successfully sign in, check if there are notifications, or alerts from the bank. Make sure that you can see your account summary, account history, and account transactions without any problems.

If the same error persists after checking your bank's website, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Self-Employed support team to isolate the issue.
