I see this is your first time here so I'd like to welcome you to the Community, tntsnowplowing,

I want to ensure you successfully imported your customers into QuickBooks Mac.

To import your customer list successfully into QuickBooks for Mac, you'll need to make sure they're properly mapped before the transfer. You can check out this link for more information about standard headers when importing lists in QuickBooks for Mac: https://qblittlesquare.com/2011/07/import-lists-into-quickbooks-with-iif/

That should help you circumvent the import issue. However, if you're using the correct format but still getting the same issue for missing customers, I'd recommend getting in touch QuickBooks Mac Support.

There they can help check what causes the unexpected behavior and help you import those missing customers. Here's where you can contact us:

  1. Go to this link: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_us/contact
  2. Select QuickBooks Mac Desktop.
  3. Click on the Search for something else button.
  4. Type Import Customer List on the search field.
  5. Click Search.
  6. Scroll down and click the Get Phone Number button.

Please update me how this goes. I want to make sure your issue gets addressed immediately. Have a good one!
