Any payment problems with Intuit today? Cancels payment due to location on device?

Can’t take payments. States “You can take payment if you change your devices location setting to use GPS, WiFi & mobile" and cancels payment.  My location setting is that. I have uninstalled and installed Intuit twice, cleared cache and am now on hold with Intuit for 1 hour and 30 minutes so far. Is there something going on with Intuit today?

Let's make sure that the Operating System and the GoPayment App is up to date in order to process payments successfully.

If you're using an Android phone, here's how to update the Operating System:

  1. Make sure your device is connected to Wi-Fi.
  2. Open your Phone's Settings.
  3. Select About Phone.
  4. Tap Check for Updates or the Update option.
  5. Follow any on-screen instructions.
  6. Wait for your phone to finish updating.

Once done, let's manually update your Android phone's mobile app:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.
  2. Select Menu, then choose My apps and games.
  3. Apps with an update available are labeled "Update".
  4. Find the specific App and tap the Update button.

Please take note that some apps require new permission when they are updated. you can see a notification asking if you accept the new permissions. After updating the App, let's restart your mobile phone.
