my bank is not connected to QB

May I know what bank account are you trying to connect as well as the error you've encountered? This will help us in resolving the error.

Check on the following items to resolve the error:

  • Use the same credentials that you use to access your online banking account.
  • Confirm your security answers or multi factor authentications. They are sometimes case-sensitive.
  • For some banks, the questions and answers need to be in the exact same order as they are listed on your bank's website.
  • If you know you're using the correct sign-in information, it might help to change your password on your bank's website and then come back here to re-enter it. 
  • You may also consider using the minimum character limit allowed by your bank.
