California Coast Credit Union site connection error 8400; Any possible fix on this?

I have been unable to connect my bank to my QBO account for over 2 weeks now. I know my credentials are correct and I am able to access my bank account online without any issues. When I attempt to connect/update my bank I receive the following message:  

"Something unexpected happened and we couldn't connect to your bank. Try signing in again, and check for typos and other errors. If that doesn't work, try signing in on the California Coast Credit Union site. (8400)"   

Any fix on this?

The error 8400 means that your credentials are invalid for these accounts. To resolve this, you may also consider updating your credentials from your online bank account and update it after in your QBO account.

Here's how update your credentials in QBO:

  1. Go to your Banking tab.
  2. On the Banking page, select Update.
  3. Enter your updated username and password.
  4. Select Save and connect.
  5. Once you see a confirmation message, select I'm done, Let's go!
