Why is my deposit not showing up in my only bank registry when I recorded the invoice, received the payment, deposited the payment and shows in client account?

There's a possible data damage, that's why you can't locate the deposit. Let's run the Verify and Rebuild Data tool. This will help us identify and resolve any data issues.
