My transactions details no longer show.

My transactions details no longer show. Everytime I click "Transactions" on the lefthand bar, it just takes me to an app page to add new bank accounts. I'm using Mac on Mojave with both Safari and Chrome browsers.

First, let us try some browser troubleshooting by clearing the cache in the one that you're currently using. After that, log in to your account and try to check if you can now see your transactions.

    Here's how to clear your browser's cache:

    1. Click Safari in the upper left-hand side of your screen, 
    2. Select Preferences.
    3. In the window that appears, go to the Privacy tab
    4. Click Remove All Website Data.
    5. Select Remove Now in the pop-up window that appears.

      If clearing your cache on the current browser didn't work, you may also consider using other browsers like Google, Edge, Internet Explorer and the like.
