I'm using QBSE and the iPhone app has stopped tracking my mileage. I've checked the settings and they are correct based on the QB website troubleshooter. What now?

I have the most up to date app for the iPhone.  It looks like the app stopped tracking miles on sept 11th.  so it's been a month.  What can I do to re-establish the auto tracking?

Note: If you have uncategorized trips, make sure to categorize them first on the web browser to avoid deleted trips.

Here's how to uninstall app for iOS device:

  1. Tap and hold the offending app’s icon on your home screen until all your iPhone’s app icons begin to jiggle.
  2. Then, you can tap the small “x” on the upper corner of the app.
  3. You’ll then be prompted with an option to delete the app and its data.

Here’s how to reinstall app:

  1. Open App Store.
  2. Choose Updates followed by going to the Purchased section at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Tap on the Not on This iPhone.
  4. Find the deleted app in the list.
  5. Tap the cloud arrow icon to redownload the app.
  6. Enter Apple ID password when requested.

Let’s try to take a few trips to test if mileage is working after reinstalling it.
