Recurring payment transaction Issue


Our Account Details Are For Intuit QuickBooks:

We have integrated wordpress website with woocommerce subscription products using QuickBooks connection legacy desktop API (see screenshot “api.jpg”) .

Payment gateway is setup using "Intuit QBMS plugin". We set 2 subscription products monthly and yearly.

We did 2 live transaction with both product using credit card and both transactions are showing in transaction list(see attached screenshot “transaction.jpg”) but not showing in recurring transactions list in QuickBooks.

Also customer profile is not created using my checkout details.

We want to add my transaction in recurring payment list and need to create customer profile automatically based on my entered user details on checkout form in my quickbook account. Please guide us.

  5. Be encouraging and positive. Look for ways to eliminate uncertainty by anticipating people's concerns. Make it apparent that we really like helping them achieve positive outcomes.
