I deleted a payroll and ran it again using direct deposit. The year to date and taxes didn’t update on the paystubs. How can I update that?

Let's check to see if the payroll report has a correct year to date information.

Here's how:

  1. Click Reports.
  2. Enter Payroll Summary.
  3. Change the Date Range to This year.
  4. Click Run Report.

If the report is correct, you'll want to clear your browser's cache. Clearing it will delete the browser's temporary files. 

Once done, try checking the paystubs again. 

If the report has incorrect information, you'll need to contact our Payroll Support to help you with the payroll corrections.
