Our Credit Card link is not working? It has worked, but we are getting an error - Server Connection Error

We recently began letting some customers pay by credit card. When I attempt to turn on the pay online with Credit Card, I am able to turn it on, but it will not provide a link.

To resolve this, I'd recommend you to contact Merchant Services Team: https://community.intuit.com/browse/payments-contact-us

They have the additional tools, like screen sharing, that can get into your account in a secure environment to further check what causes the error.
