I am having problems signing in to the ap on my phone. I have already cleared my cache, I can log in on both my computer and iPad. Please Help

I'm glad to provide some helpful information about signing in to the QuickBooks Online (QBO) App. 

Signing in to the QBO App requires the same credentials you use when signing in using a web browser. If you forgot your Username and password, you can also click the "I forgot my User ID or password" link to prompt you in retrieving or recreating a new one.

On the other hand, if you're able to verify that the login information is correct and still unable to sign in, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. 

To uninstall, you will have to long press the app icon and click X. In order to reinstall, you can visit this link: QuickBooks Online mobile app.
