Using Quickbooks Payroll app for iPhone I sign w/ username & password and it just sits there with a green circle saying “Just a moment” and never loads.

Sometimes, a slow internet connection or a damaged QuickBooks Online application can cause the app to load slowly. To fix this, you can try the steps below:

First, let’s try to update your QBO app from your iPhone.

Next, we can try refreshing your application in your mobile phone.

  1. Sign in to your mobile QuickBooks Onilne account.
  2. Click on the three horizontal lines at the top.
  3. Drag the page up and select Help & Feedback.
  4. Click the Refresh data link on the Refresh button.

If it still does same thing, let’s uninstall and reinstall your QBO app.
