I am receiving an error message when I try to run payroll. It won't let me continue until I address an issue with last weeks payroll. Not enough funds.

Last week only one check was able to deposit because our money goes in the day after payroll has to run. I voided the check and hand wrote the employee a check for that week. New Week - Won't let me run payroll until i address the issue of being short-funded for last weeks payroll. How do i fix this? Also. I upgraded to full service payroll because the direct deposit is same day? So it will withdraw from my account and deposit on Friday? 


You need to contact Payroll Support directly; we are Peer users. It seems you need to PreFund your payroll bank adequately.

  5. Be encouraging and positive. Look for ways to eliminate uncertainty by anticipating people's concerns. Make it apparent that we really like helping them achieve positive outcomes.
