I want to make sure you can process credit card transactions in QuickBooks Point of Sale (POS).

We can fix this issue by refreshing your Intuit Payments credentials on all of your workstations. Simply sign out and sign back in on your Intuit Payments Account.

Let me show you how:

To sign out:

  1. Select File at the top.
  2. Choose Set Up interview, then select the Payments tab.
  3. Click Sign Out, then select No in the Would you like to accept credit and debits? section (see screenshot below).
  4. Click Done.

To sign in:

  1. Select File at the top.
  2. Choose Set Up interview, then select the Payments tab.
  3. Click Sign in, then select Yes in the Would you like to accept credit and debits? section.
  4. Click Done.
