I wanted to check back with you and help you with this.

In QuickBooks Online you have the option to customize your invoice and other sales form. You can decide which fields you’d like to appear on your sales forms by checking and unchecking boxes. You can edit invoice content as well.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Click on the Gear icon in the upper right of the Dashboard.
  2. Select Custom Form Styles.
  3. Look for the template name that you’re using.
  4. Click the Edit link. This screen contains many of QuickBooks Online’s customization tools.
  5. To change the content of your invoice, click on the Content tab. Check or uncheck the boxes to turn fields on or off in the content area.
  6. In the invoice preview, select the section where you need to make changes.
  7. You can also click on the Design, Emails and Payments tab if you need to modify them.
  8. Click Done.

  5. Be encouraging and positive. Look for ways to eliminate uncertainty by anticipating people's concerns. Make it apparent that we really like helping them achieve positive outcomes.
