I can't find my bank

Let me help you connect your bank to QuickBooks

There are few possible reasons why you can't find or connect your bank account in QuickBooks:

  • Some banks have multiple names on our financial list. Please make sure to select the correct name, or try all possible names or links.
  • Some banks don't offer connections to all types of accounts (for example, personal accounts vs. business accounts).
  • Some banks aren't listed as participating financial institutions for QuickBooks Online integration.

If you have confirmed the required details, but don't see your bank as a choice on the list, please follow these steps:

  1. When you enter your bank and click Find, you'll get the messageHmm, we can’t find [name of the bank you entered] in our list of supported bank.
  2. Click on the button Request support for your bank.
  3. Enter your bank's website in the field provided.
  4. Select Request.

Alternatively, you can download transactions from your bank’s website into QuickBooks using our WebConnect feature.

  4. Be a good listener. When people post very general questions, take a second to try to understand what they're really looking for. Then, provide a response that guides them to the best possible outcome.
  5. Be encouraging and positive. Look for ways to eliminate uncertainty by anticipating people's concerns. Make it apparent that we really like helping them achieve positive outcomes.
