Get help recovering my account - QBO.

I forgot password for log in QBO. I receipt email to reset password from support team but system request continue when I select it. The message get help recovering your account, please contact support. Please advise how to fix this problem.

I appreciate it that you added a screenshot to your question.

Have you tried clicking the I forgot my user ID or Password hypertext on the login page? (See screenshot). If not, please try it and enter your user ID instead of your email address. Then, you’ll receive a prompted to select an option to reset your password. For me, I would prefer sending it to my email address.

Recovering your account a different way is the last option. This would also require a phone agent to verify your account information.

Please let me know what happens after you click the hypertext and you enter your user ID. Thanks.

  4. Be a good listener. When people post very general questions, take a second to try to understand what they're really looking for. Then, provide a response that guides them to the best possible outcome.
  5. Be encouraging and positive. Look for ways to eliminate uncertainty by anticipating people's concerns. Make it apparent that we really like helping them achieve positive outcomes.
