why does my printer not print a full page of general ledger

Full page on General ledger does not print. It only prints out three columns

Paid, Amount, Balance columns

how can i get it to print all

You've got me now. I'm here to help with your printing concern. 

This may have something to do with the Qbprint.qbp file (which handles data lines for forms, such as invoices). When you print a form, QuickBooks Desktop pulls the form settings from Qbprint.qbp and uses them in printing your general ledger for instance. 

Printing issues can be fixed by ensuring that QuickBooks is updated to the latest release. Once updated, download and run the QuickBooks Print and PDF Repair Tool. The tool automatically renames the QBprint.qbp file automatically.
