Since updating the QB online desktop app, it is not working. I open the app, the sign in screen pops up but after i sign in it is just a blank white screen. No error msg
It worked fine before the last update (well, if you consider having problems all the time with this app fine...). I get no error messages just a blank white screen after signing in. Nothing loads. I have done all the suggestions i could find: Uninstall and reinstall app, clear cookies/cache/history, reboot computer/modem/router, open app with function key held (did nothing), open app with Shift key (nothing), ctrl key (nothing). sign in/out, etc.
It's been down for 2 days now. my account works fine if i go online and use it that way. For $50/mo i expect better performance and less failure. I'm running a business and this is frustrating and time wasting.
