purgecompany does not work

Hi!

I try to execute https://uk.qbo.intuit.com/app/purgecompany

I write "Sí" in the box below, but always appears againg the alert requesting for writing "Sí"

I need to delete all customers because it was done a wrong load of them

Can you help me?

Let's get your company file purged.

If you are a new customer within the first 60 days of setting up your account, you can delete all of the existing data and start over from scratch by purging your company file. Additionally, please take note that the purging process is only available for QuickBooks Online Plus and Essentials.

Let's make sure to use the correct language based on the version you're using when purging QuickBooks. 

Here's how to purge your company file:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online Company.
  2. Change the URL to include /purgecompany.
    Example: URL shows https://qbo.intuit.com/c28/app/homepage Change to: https://qbo.intuit.com/c28/app/purgecompany
  3. The next screen will provide a summary of the items being deleted. In order to confirm that you understand the data will be deleted you must type in the word Yes and click OK.
