How to enter payroll cheque received with deductions
I am using QBD for personal finances. I receive a paycheque from a payroll company. There are no source deductions as I am a freelance contractor and incorporated. My question is there are deductions, union and retirement. The company that pays me adds retirement which becomes part of my gross salary but then the 2 deductions are union and retirement. How would you record the union and retirement deductions? And how would you record the paycheque deposit into the bank account?
