SOLVEDby QuickBooks20Updated over 1 year ago

Learn about the benefits of the Accountant File Transfer Service (ACFT) in QuickBooks Desktop.

The Accountant File Transfer Service is a secure and easy way to share Accountant’s Copies between accountants and clients in QuickBooks Desktop. Here’s a brief overview of this service and how to get started.

What's an Accountant's Copy

Let’s talk about an Accountant’s Copy. When an accountant needs to review their client’s books, they can create and share an Accountant's Copy. This copy lets the accountant make changes in the company file without interrupting the client’s work in QuickBooks Desktop. Then, the accountant simply exports the changes to the Accountant's Copy. And the client imports the changes to automatically update their company file.

What's the Accountant’s File Transfer Service
