My credit card batch deposits do not match my reports

All products that utilize Intuit QuickBooks Payments merchant services settle credit card batches automatically at 3:00 pm Pacific Time.

If a credit card processing report details transactions that processed after 3:00 pm Pacific Time, the report may show transactions that were included in the next day's batch.

A great way to reconcile your deposits from Intuit is to Search for deposits or fees in the Merchant Service Center.
